<span style="font-size: This stunning all original 1982 Chrysler Cordoba. This incredible time capsule comes from an exclusive collection and was bought brand new in Canada. The odometer reads 44000 km because it was sold new in Canada which converts to just 27340 miles, all actual miles, just incredible. Has a US title and you are not required to change the speedo, it reads in both miles and KM's. The Cordoba has always been garaged kept in a collection that is always climate controlled, the only snow or rain this Cordoba has seen is when we pulled it out for the photos. The exterior paint is in excellent original condition, no fading and no rust anywhere on the car. The panels and seam fit is as it rolled out the show room floor, it does have a few minor rock chips that have been touched up on grill but over all as you can see its in excellent original condition. The roof is perfect shape as well, the light on the side lights up when you turn the lights on as well, beautiful touch The interior is all original and in excellent condition, no fading, no rips and the seats look as though they have hardly been used. Its a blast to drive, all the modern day comforts when driving, super smooth ride, plush interior and super comfortable. The power options all work; air conditioning blows cold, heater is excellent and is multi level including defrost, multi function power seats, power locks, power windows, AM FM Casette radio, even the digital clock keeps perfect time which is unheard of with these year models. Incredible shape....all the dash lights work as well, even the glove compartment light works!! Mechanically the car is in tip top shape... starts everytime amd runs and drives incredibly smooth. The engine and bay is in very good original condition, when we opened the hood we couldnt believe the condition! All the original warranty decals and chalk marks are incredibly still in place. Every component in tact and in good order. The 318 runs beautifully, sounds great, nice and quiet with great power. Transmission shifts as it should as well, all in all a real blast to drive. The white wall tires are brand new and the spoked rims are all original and in great shape. This is a one of a kind time capsule, this car turns heads where ever it goes and the condition of the car is truely incredible.

ELECTRIC GARAGE BIDDING CONTRACT
TERMS OF SALE:
1. I agree to pay in full on the day of the sale the bid amount plus the buyer’s fee, with cash or certified check, in the amount owed on any vehicle for which I sign a contract and/or am declared the high bidder. High bidders determined by EG Auctions. Terms are cash or certified personal check. Personal checks will not be accepted unless accompanied by an irrevocable letter of guaranteed credit from the bank stating buying limit and authorized by an officer of the bank. Letter of Guarantee is retained by EG Auctions at time of issuing bid pass. We do not accept credit card for purchases.
2. All bidders may be required to provide proof of means to pay for any purchases. EG Auctions retains the right to require a cash deposit before issuing a bid pass. EG Auctions has permission to obtain my credit information.
3. All vehicles or any other purchases are sold “As Is” and without guarantees. In no event shall EG Auctions be responsible for any guarantees. All bids are final and binding upon the drop of the hammer. There is no cooling off provision and all purchasers are responsible fully for their purchases.
4. All statements by the auctioneers and those statements printed in advertisements are believed to be correct. However, bidders are to examine all vehicles and other items before bidding and do so upon his or her opinion and/or examination.
5. EG Auctions is not responsible for correctness of year, genuineness of make, model or options, mileage or any other description of the vehicles. Confirmation of these items and details are the responsibility of the purchaser. You are purchasing the lot numbered item presented at the auction.
6. No vehicle or item may be removed or items from vehicle, keys, etc. until paid for in full
7. Purchasers are responsible to keep track of high bid items. If an item turns up missing it is still your responsibility to pay for the item in full.
8. Ownership of an item passes to bidder when Auctioneer says “Sold”. At that time the new owner assumes full responsibility of the item.
9. Should any dispute in a bid arise, the auctioneer will use his judgment and his decision is final.
10. All vehicles must be removed from the premises by the purchaser at his own expense during scheduled times. If not removed, EG Auctions may remove and store the vehicle at the purchaser’s risk and expense.
11. A purchaser’s failure to comply with all of the conditions of the sale entitles EG Auctions and/or the Consignor to use other available remedies or courses of legal action to hold the purchaser liable. This may include the following: a) cancel the sale and retain as liquid damages all payments made by the purchaser, b) re-sell the property to a new purchaser at a private or public sale and in any such event the purchaser shall be liable for deficiency plus any incurred attorney fees or court costs and c) purchaser agrees to grant the right of immediate repossession without notice from EG Auctions or its agents.
12. EG Auctions provides Title only, unless announced otherwise. Licensing (including any emissions requirements, vehicle inspections, plates and tabs) is the responsibility of the new purchaser.
13. Statements about the vehicles on the description sheets are provided by the consignor NOT EG Auctions. All statements made by the seller are accepted as reliable. EG Auctions shall have no obligation to verify seller’s statements or claims. Any dispute regarding these statements including mileage must be made directly between consignor and purchaser without effect on the responsibility for paying for the purchase to EG Auctions.
14. If a claim of any kind is to be instituted by purchaser, EG Auctions' buyer shall submit to a mediation and mediator selected of EG Auctions' choice to resolve any dispute. Purchaser must request a Mediation Request Form from EG Auctions prior to any dispute. Any mediation will be binding upon decision. The Mediation Request Form must be submitted within 30 days of the purchase of the vehicle. If this process is not followed, no claim shall be valid. Any claim shall be with the seller as EG Auctions is to receive a commission for sale of said vehicle only.
15. In the event of a dispute, all transactions with EG Auctions may be combined together toward resolving the dispute.
16. Vehicles over 20 years old and all customized/modified vehicles are considered to have frame damage. Assume all vehicles are non-matching numbers with non-original engines, unknown or exempt mileage unless specifically described otherwise by consignor.
17. Any vehicle announced as a tribute vehicle was not originally manufactured as the vehicle it currently appears to be.
18. If any term, condition, covenant, agreement or provision of this contract or the application thereof to any circumstance shall, to any extent, be held by a court of competent jurisdiction or by any authorized governmental authority to be invalid, void or unenforceable, the remainder of the contract shall not be affected by such holding, and the remaining terms, conditions, covenants, agreements and provisions hereof shall continue in full force and effect.
19. The auctioneer may announce special circumstances that apply to the legal status of specific vehicles. These announcements are described here and are part of the contract to purchase that specific vehicle: a) May require bonding – Purchaser will be responsible for any bonding or licensing required in their own state. b) Not street legal – Purchaser understands vehicle is only suitable for off-road use.
20. BUYERS FEE of 15% of the bid amount will be charged to the Purchaser of each vehicle auction lot sold. Memorabilia fee is 18%. NO BIDS TAKEN FROM UNREGISTERED BIDDERS. All Online Bidders MUST have a method of payment in order to be approved.
