A fine example of this type of American folk art cane, sporting a well-carved alligator on the " L" shaped handle,with the gator's tail wrapping around the underside. The cane is a single piece of knobby hardwood. Total length35".Age crack at bent portion of handle, original slightly worn finish, missing ferrule.(EST 200-300)
