1994-Lot of 2 Floridian panoramas. 1) Extra-large color photograph of the harbor of Dinner Key marina, in Coconut Grove area of Miami, right off Biscayne Bay. This panorama measures 87"x22" and was shot on a 16" negative. The photograper was Stanley Stern, and the camera was the Rotational Cirkut #16 camera. The photo shows a multitude of yachts and sailboats at anchor in the still waters, all reflected perfectly in the placid water. The cloud filled sky above is tranquil. Dinner Key has over 500 mooring slips available. Dinner Key was orinially a Naval Air baseused to train seaplane pilots. Afterward, Pan American Airlines used it for their famous flying boats, the Clippers. The sheer size and clarity of this beautiful photograph is amazing. 2) Medium sized color print on a classic cabin cruiser on the intercoastal waterway, about to pass under a bridge, and the surrounding panorama of buildings, palm trees and elevated roadways. The photographer was Richard Fowler, and likely taken with a swing-lens camera, estimated as an Al Vista. The framed photo measures 34"x12". Very colorful and tropical panorama. HKA#64596
