MEASUREMENTS: SHOTGUN BBL: Bore Diameter: .663". Restriction: .024" (MOD). Min. Wall Thickness: .030". STOCK: DAH: 3 3/16". DAC: 1 5/8". LOP: 13". CAST: approx. 1/2" off. WEIGHT WITHOUT SCOPE: 6 lb. 7 oz. UNATTACHED ACCESSORIES: black plastic case. CONDITION: good, bbls. retaining most of their original blue with considerable silvering and freckling. Action retains most of its original coin finish with evidence of some cleaning on left lockplate. Stocks retain some of their original oil finish with a myriad of marks, dings, scrapes and scratches. Checkering shows considerable wear, has worn off on left side of forend, which has 1/2" by 2 1/2" repair at top rear. Horn of trigger guard shows glued repair at front and some filled insect damage in same area. Newer pad shows finish loss on butt from installation. Shotgun bore is very fine, rifle bore is strong, shiny, but a bit soft in the throat. Action is very tight, has most likely been rejointed. Top lever needs to be pushed into battery. Correct vintage scope without windage adjustment retains about 80% of its original lacquer with many scratches and marks. Optically very fine. (22-4966/MGM). CURIO. $1,500-2,000.
