Composed of nine diamond or Cross formations, these blankets were made between the 1860 to 1890 time frame. Composed of raveled natural dyed red yarns, natural churro indigo blue and white and/or brown stripes, third phase blankets can command prices upward of $175,000, though a good example usually brings closer to $75,000 – $100,000. The condition of this Navajo rug is good with no obvious signs of damage and shows good overall condition. The measurements of this Navajo rug are 40"L x 27"W. The thread count is 108 threads per square inch.*
