The elegant "L"-shaped handle on this cane has a band of dots carved into the elephant ivory that begins at the collaron one side and spirals around the elbow of the "L" to continue along the handle on the opposite side. The handle is4" wide and 1.25" high. There is a .75" gold-filled collar with "Chas. B. Fiego" engraved on it. The sturdy malaccashaft ends in a steel ferrule. Minor drying cracks in ivory and a chip at the end of the handle. Total length, 35.5".(EST 200-300)
