Included with this pistol are two pieces of paperwork; the first is a sales receipt from "Skaba es Ploekl", a dealer in Budapest, noting this pistol by serial number as being sold to "(illeg)bert Ferencz" in 1941, and the second is a capture certificate from the 127th Reinforcement Battalion (Army Air Force) dated 18 May 1945, again identifying this pistol by SN as captured by a 1st Lt. Daniel S. Renner. A member of the Tripartate Pact, Hungary would initiate combat operations against the Soviet Union in July of 1941. Fixed sights and standard markings, with a pair of "FB" marked grips and a brown leather holster ink marked "ALBERT/FERENCZ" inside the flap.

Very fine, with 85% of the original blue finish, showing areas of gray patina, mild wear along the high edges and scattered spotting overall. The grips are also very fine, with mild handling marks. The holster is fine, with some scuffs and cracking. Mechanically excellent.
