Stunning bold ink Roosevelt signature beneath watercolor image of the White House. First edition 384pp. volume illustrated with numerous full page portraits of notable Democrats of the time. Paper loss to FDR portrait on page 12. Slight wear to board edges and ends. Overall, very good condition.
