Franklin D. Roosevelt autograph note signed, approving the ''Georgia Warm Springs Foundation, Inc.'' budget. Bold handwritten note on cover page reads in full, ''O.K. Except - eliminate Fund for study of Restorative Treatment $250,000 - and add proviso that $100,000 may be taken from Patients Aid Fund or Maintenance Fund to add to building. FDR''. Two page 8.5'' x 11'' document dated 1 May 1929 is attached to a blue back manuscript cover from Roosevelt's law firm. Signature is on typed synopsis of $1.5 million budget. Chipping, else very good.
