Andy Warhol (1928-1987) Iconic Artist, filmmaker, music producer, commercial illustrator, designer, and magazine publisher was born Andrew Warhola in 1928. Andy Warhol was a founder and major proponent of the Pop Art movement. He remains one of the most talented and influential artists of the 20th century. Warhol pioneered the development of the process of photo-mechanical silkscreen, where enlarged photographic images are transferred to a silk screen that is then placed on a canvas and inked from the back creating mass-media images. Warhol is known for his paintings of commercial subjects and iconic images, from the Campbell's Soup can series, to his portraits of celebrities from Marilyn Monroe to Jackie Kennedy. Although obtained from sources deemed reliable, the Seller and Auctioneer make no warranty or guarantee to the accuracy of the information contained in any auction listing. 13. Entire Agreement; Waiver. This Agreement, including the Universal’s User Agreement and all exhibits and other documents are incorporated herein by reference, set forth the entire understanding and agreement of the parties and supersede any and all other written or oral agreements or understandings between the parties as to the subject matter of this Agreement. In the event of an inconsistency between this Agreement and any other document, which is part of this Agreement, the terms of this Agreement shall govern. From time to time during the term of this Agreement, Universal Collectibles, Universal B&I or Universal Live Auctions may amend this Agreement (including any incorporated documents) by posting the amended terms on any Universal site, emailing notice of the amendment to the Buyer, or otherwise communicating such amendment to the Buyer. Each amendment will be effective immediately after it is initially posted on any Universal site, emailed to the Buyer, or otherwise communicated to the Buyer. The waiver of a breach of any provision of this Agreement will not operate or be interpreted as a waiver of any other or subsequent breach.
