Bearing Cover, 1871, Railway Cancellation, Hyderabad to Jodhpur via Moradabad, cover emanates from Hyderabad with two different cancellations, a Black ink round postmark  “HYDRABAD | NO. 23” and a triangular postmark that reads “24 | NO 71 | HYDRABAD”. It also bears Renouf Type 121 postmark – “SOUTHEAST RAILWAYS SORTING OFFICE | 2ND | SECTION | 1ST SET | 25 NO. 71” and “SOUTHEAST RAILWAY SORTING OFFICE | SECTION | 2ND CLERK | 25 NO. 71”.

Another railway cancellation postmark of a different date that reads “SOUTHEAST RAILWAYS SORTING OFFICE | 2ND | SECTION | 1ST SET | 1 DE. 71” is also seen. A Green ink postmark that reads “MORADABAD | 1871 | NO. 27” was applied and ultimately delivered at the destination on 2nd December, the postmark of the final destination is in Black ink that reads “JOUDPOOR | DE 2”. Renouf type 58 cancellation “1st D.” within a square in Green-Blue ink is present. On the reverse of the cover, a hexagonal-shaped postmark of “S BARSEE NO" was applied twice.

The inner letter is enclosed. It is a highly desirable cover with a galaxy of cancellations on it, even after some torn, the postmarks and cancellations are clearly visible, somewhat usually torn, good condition, Extremely Rare.
