The cover has a seal of Registered ‘R 945 PUDICHERRY’, dispatched from Pondicherry to Marseille (France) on 8 APR 48 with Pondicherry’s normal and registered postmark. Air Mail label in Blue affixed and typed text “Recommandee” endorsed, intact condition, Extremely Rare.
