Extremely Rare Oregon Woman Suffrage Umbrella. An umbrella or parasol, 35" long, opening to 50" in diameter, is in the colors of yellow and white, and was probably issued by the Woman Suffrage Party of New York, which was known for organizing a number of parades and demonstrations in the New York City area. The name of the state of Oregon appears on two of the panels. Similar umbrellas with the names of other states have appeared in the past, and it is likely that they were all single issues for a specific event. This umbrella is in wonderful condition with no tears or stains. It is one of the highlights of the Corbeil collection. Just a great item!

Shipping: Large Collectibles (view shipping information)
