Extremely Rare Cased Stainless Steel Colt Model 1861 Navy Percussion Revolver with Factory Letter and Accessories

This is 1 of only 8 manufactured between 1979 and 1982! The factory letter confirms the configuration and that this example was kept by the factory as a sample of a stainless black powder model revolver. With a walnut Colt case lined in royal blue velvet, a nipple wrench/screwdriver, a powder flask, an empty cap tin and a two cavity bullet mold.

Excellent, the revolver remains bright with some scattered scratches and a faint drag line on the cylinder. The grip is also excellent with some scattered light scratches and dings. The case is very good with scattered scratches and dings. The accessories are all excellent.
