A finely crafted Qing dynasty enameled copper box, featuring a delicate floral scroll motif on a light turquoise ground. The body is encircled with vividly enameled pink, green, and blue blossoms, exuding an elegant and sophisticated aesthetic characteristic of Qing imperial decorative arts. The lid is surmounted by a jade knob (possibly Hetian jade), and is adorned with raised, colorful enamel dots mimicking embedded gemstones in red, turquoise, and coral hues. The form is compact and symmetrical, suitable for storing cosmetics, incense powder, or as a scholar’s object. This piece is in excellent condition with no visible damage and represents a fine example of Chinese court enamelwork from the 19th century.
