Introduced in 1910, with less than 5000 produced, the 1900, was based on the same Browning patent as the Remington Model 8. Blade front and 2-leaf express rear sights with gold "200" and "400" range markings on the solid rib, and gold inlaid border and leafy scroll decorations on the frame, safety, trigger guard and magazine. Checkered fancy Circassian walnut stock, with Schnabel tip forearm, sling swivels and a checkered naked butt.

Condition: Period refurbished, showing 97% plus blue, with some light handling marks and dings overall and pitting (under the blue) on the receiver. The lower portion of the factory markings on the left side of receiver are faint. Stock is very fine, with light pressure dents, sharp checkering and attractive grain. Mechanically very good.
