The left side of the frame is marked with the serial number followed by the "eagle/ WaA135" proof. The right side of the slide has the single Eagle firing proof and the two "eagle/ WaA135" acceptance proofs. The right side of the locking block also has the same "eagle/ 135" acceptance proof, while the left side is marked with a single Eagle firing proof, and the bottom is marked "946/ t". It has the mixed brown ribbed grips with a single wartime magazine that is marked "jvd" on the left side. It is complete with a mid-war P-38 holster that is marked on the back, "P-38/joa/1943/WaA706" and one spare blued magazine.

Excellent overall with 99% of the crisp original blued finish with minor edge and high spot wear overall with just some light surfaces scratches in some area from handling. The grips are also in excellent condition. Mechanically excellent. The holster is also in excellent condition with nice tight stitching and clear and distinct markings on the back.
