Condition: Excellent. The pistol retains 97% original blue/casehardened finish with some minor wear and thinning on the trigger guard. There is a very small amount of minor spotting on the barrel. The case colors are faded on the breech plug and barrel tang, otherwise bright. All of the Damascus pattern remains. The stock is also excellent with a few minor dings and handling marks, and crisp checkering. As stated above the pistol appears virtually unused. The markings and engraving are crisp and clear. The action is tight as new. The case is fine. The only exception to this is a 4" crack on the lower right hand corner, there are a few minor dings and scratches on the exterior. One of the compartment walls is partially detached and there is heavy wear to the lining caused by the rear sights, otherwise the lining is excellent. The accessories are all excellent.
