This is an excellent Mauser Banner Nazi Police Luger P.08 pistol rig with "eagle/L" Police proof. The top of the chamber area is stamped 1941 for the year of manufacture with the large Mauser/Banner logo on the front toggle. The standard "eagle/L" Police proof is stamped on the right side of the receiver with the Nazi "eagle/N" commercial proofmarks stamped on the left side of the receiver and the breechblock. The full serial number "8057x" is stamped on the front of the frame, left side of the barrel extension and underside of the barrel. The last two digits of the serial number "57" stamped on the various small parts. The pistol has a salt blue finish and checkered walnut grips. This late production Police Luger rig is complete with two original all blue Police magazines. The magazines bodies are marked "fxo/E37" with the pinned aluminum bases that are marked "1/8057" and "2/8057" respectively. It is complete with a 1941 date Police holster marked "OTTO SINDLE/BERLIN/1941/Police Eagle proofmark.

Excellent with 98% plus of the original blue finish and minor holster high spot wear. The grips are also excellent with nice checkering on both sides and only minor handling marks. Mechanically excellent. The holster is also excellent with an original black color, showing only minor handling marks on the lower toe area. As noted this P.08 Luger Nazi Police rig has all matching numbers to include both magazines. The markings are clear and distinct.
