Excellent Post-World War I 1920 Era DWM Model 1920 Commercial Luger Pistol

This Luger has the blank chamber area with the standard "DWM" logo on the first toggle. It has the standard military style serial number placement with the full number and letter code (385o) stamped on the front of the frame with the "Crown/N" commercial proofs on the underside of the barrel, left side of the barrel extension and breech block with the export mark "GERMANY" stamped on the front of the frame. It has the standard safety and loaded markings and is currently fitted with checkered walnut grips. This pistol is complete with one WWI era, nickel plated magazine with the wooden base that is marked "Kal. 7.65mm/68945".

Very fine as partially refinished (side plate) with 95% of the original blue finish on the balance with edge and high spot wear. The various small parts retrain 90% of their straw colors overall. The grips are in very fine condition also with nice original checkering showing some light wear across the checkering with minor handling marks. This example has matching numbers except the magazine as noted.
