Excellent Early World War II U.S. Winchester M1 Semi-Automatic Carbine with Sling
Blade front and "S" marked two-leaf rear sights with Winchester barrel and receiver, Type I barrel band, flat blued bolt, milled trigger guard, checkered pushbutton safety and a "W" marked magazine catch. Smooth high wood stock with two rivet handguard, Ordnance stamp and crisp original "WRA/ GHD" cartouche on the right side, "I" oiler cutout, tan sling and a checkered metal buttplate. This is the 88,435th Winchester M1 carbine produced as serialization began at 1,000,001.
