Excellent Early Remington Double Barrel Derringer with Box of Ammunition
Blade and notch sights, with one line "REMINGTON ARMS CO. ILION, N.Y." address on the barrel rib and serial number on the underside of the bottom barrel. Spur trigger, manual extractor and fitted with checkered grips. Complete with a 50 count box of 41 caliber short rimfire cartridges made expressly for Navy Arms Company.

Condition: Excellent. The derringer retains 98% of the mostly frosted original nickel finish with some wear on the muzzle end of the upper barrel and some scattered minor flaking. Much of the original bright niter blue finish remains on the small components mixed with minor spotting. The grips are excellent with some very mild wear and very crisp checkering. The markings are crisp and clear. The action is excellent.
