Produced in 1877, with long cylinder flutes. Blade and groove sights, with the two line Hartford barrel address on top of the barrel, patent markings under the muzzle and the etched oval "COLT NEW 22" on the left side. Matching partial numbers on the barrel and cylinder. The frame is marked "22 CAL" on the left side, with a checkered hammer, smooth spur trigger, and smooth birds head grips.

Condition: Excellent, with 95% of the original nickel finish, showing some flaking on the muzzle, cylinder and frame, along with scattered handling marks. Grips are excellent, with a few small dents, and attractive varnish. Mechanically excellent.
