Condition:
Excellent with 95% of the original silver finish remains which is beginning to age and showing some minor blistering. There is some high edge wear on the frame with an aged patina on the exposed brass. Traces of the original gold washed finish remains on the cylinder, strong at the edges, with a mixed brown and gray patina on the balance. The grips are excellent with some tiny chips on the edges, a mellow aged patina and attractive grain. The case is very good showing some separation at the corners and mild handling marks on the wood and velvet. Mechanically excellent.
