British India, 1883, Queen Victoria, 1 Rupee, IPN (Indian Postal Notes) Overprint, Complete sheet of 120 stamps, with all 4 side borders of which 1 side has punch holes, one stamp without border, MNH, excellent condition, Exceedingly Rare. Note: Three denominations of Indian Postal Notes, overprinted with "I.P.N." on East India 8 Annas and 1 Rupee, and the 1/12th Anna surcharged to Rupees 2 Annas 8, were issued on January 1, 1883. These postal notes were later withdrawn in 1885, making them exceptionally rare.
