Silk Road Region, and Zhou period, this ancient necklace was promised to me to be a single tomb find. Included with the uniquely shaped beads are 3 Bird-forms, 4 Cicada, a single spread owl-wing design and a single fish young with fins extended. All of the 48 pieces have authentic age alteration in the Amber, and I believe you could not find two comparable examples in all the museums in America. 23" long and strung well for over-the-head wearing. You will never see someone wearing its mate!
