Catalog No. 5, fourth edition from the Risdon Iron Works for "a complete line of "Mining and Milling Machinery, Hydraulic Machinery, Bryan Roller Quartz Mills, Gold Dredges, Concentrators, Water Wheels, Hoisting Machinery, Boilers and Engines, Air Compressors, Etc., Etc." This catalog is published by Risdon, 1904. Contains 19 photographs of various hydraulic elevators and mining scenes with equipment. One photograph shows the No. 3 elevator working in ground 75 feet deep and elevating 100 feet vertical, with 400 feet pressure. Catalogue also has diagrams of an Evans' Elevator striking plate, riffles, and gold-saving tables. With Weir Dam for Measurement of Water chart and tables for calculating horse-power of water. Tape and staple bound.
