Letter responding to questions about the state of physics, in part (translated): "1. I believe that today's quantum mechanics and the theory of relativity are not consistent with each other. I am working on improving this situation, but only improving. In addition, I want to generalize the phase space distribution function and make it relativistic. 2. I believe Europe is the place where physics flourishes. 3. I know numerous Hungarian physicists, and sometimes I correspond with them I am not familiar with the Yugoslav physicists…9.
