Its limitation page is signed, ''Eugene O'Neill'' in black ink. This play was the first to be uncharacteristically panned by critics following O'Neil's run of successes including ''Mourning Becomes Electra'', ''Ah, Wilderness!'' and Pulitzer Prize-winning hits ''Anna Christie'' and ''Strange Interlude''. ''Days...'' runs 157pp. and comes bound in blue leather boards with red and blue print blocks and gilt lettering to spine. Deckled edges and top edge gilt. Measures 7'' x 9.75''. Light toning and soiling to endpapers and wear to boards with some surface loss of leather to edges and corners, else near fine.
