Its limitation page is signed, ''Eugene O'Neill'' in black ink. This play is one of O'Neill's philosophies on religious thought, akin to a mystery play, taking place in a Biblical setting. Its only high-profile production was performed at the Pasadena Community Playhouse in 1928 and starred Irving Pichel. Play runs 179pp. and its deckled edge leaves come bound in multicolor paper boards. Measures 6.25'' x 9.25''. Sunning to backstrip and top edges of boards, paper loss to corners and a tiny bookseller's sticker to rear pastedown, else near fine.
