Auction has a soft close beginning at 3pm on Wednesday January 19, 2022. Please ensure you can pick up your items during the allotted pick up times.
Bidders are responsible for reading the terms and conditions and agree to abide by the terms and conditions when bidding on items. The items listed are sold 'as is, where is'. We can not guarantee the authenticity of our items. Please bid to your comfort level and do your research to ensure you know what you are bidding on. There are no refunds/returns.
Pick up is available in Rocky Mountain House address will be provided to all winning bidders on the invoice. No shipping of fragile items.
-Items must be picked up on January 22nd and 23rd from 11am-7pm please book a pick up appointment at www.sunriseestateservices.ca
-All items left after that time are subject to a $6 per day per item storage fee
-All items left for 21 days or longer are considered forfeited
-No refunds will be issued for forfeited items
-Shipping will be at the buyer's expense. A $10 handling fee will be applied to each lot requiring shipping as well as the cost of shipping. Shipping is done at buyer's risk. No shipping of fragile items or heavy items such as furniture.
Buyer is required to load and pack items. Please bring boxes and packing paper. Please bring assistance for loading as no assistance will be provided.
Credit cards will be charged for all winning bids.
