Auction has a soft close beginning at 11am on Sunday June 26, 2022. Please ensure you can pick up your items on June 27th or 28th. Items not picked up during the allotted times will be immediately forfeited.
The items listed are sold 'as is, where is'. We can not guarantee the authenticity of our items. Please bid to your comfort level and do your research to ensure you know what you are bidding on. There are no refunds/returns.
Local pickup is available in Leduc, AB. No shipping of fragile items or extremely heavy items such as furniture.
-Items must be picked up on June 27th or 28th from 10am-7pm please book a pick up appointment at www.sunriseestateservices.ca
-All items not picked up will be immediately forfeited
-No refunds will be issued for forfeited items
-Shipping will be at the buyer's expense. A $10 handling fee will be applied to each lot requiring shipping as well as the cost of shipping. Shipping is done at buyer's risk.
Buyer is required to load and pack items. Please bring boxes and packing paper. Please bring assistance for loading as no assistance will be provided.
