Warning of Extended Bidding: If someone bids within the last 60 Seconds of Closing Time on an Item, The Bidding Is Extended 2 Minutes for That Item, to give the other Bidder a Chance to Increase their Bid.

Legal Notice: Bidding Is a Binding Contract
When you place a bid, you are entering a legally binding agreement to purchase that item.
No exceptions. No cancellations. No backing out.
If you bid, you are fully responsible for paying for the item — including buyer’s fees, taxes, and any applicable storage or shipping costs.
By clicking Bid, you agree to every term below.
1. Buyer’s Fees & Taxes
• 10% Internet Buyer’s Fee is added to all purchases.
• Credit card payments have a 3% processing fee.
• All taxes apply where applicable.
2. Payment Information
If you selected to pay by credit card, your card will be charged within 24 hours of the auction ending. If we have not yet received payment by day 7, you will be charged the applicable storage fee and your credit card on file will be charged.

Invoices are emailed by 9:30am the following day.
3. Pickup Requirements
Pickup Location:
12 Patterson Drive, Stonewall, MB R0C 2Z0
(Off-site auctions may have alternate pickup locations.)

Items must be paid for and picked up within 6 calendar days of the sale ending. Storage fees charged on day 7, even if the invoice has been paid for.
Weekly Storage Rates
• Shelf / Small Items – $15
• Pallet / Furniture – $35
• Vehicles / Equipment / Trailers – $75
Items not picked up within 30 days may be considered abandoned and resold, EVEN IF PAID FOR. If you require storage, that must be arranged prior.
Hours:
Monday – Saturday: 9 AM – 5 PM
Closed Daily: 12 PM – 1 PM
Closed Sundays
Loader Available when required.
4. Storage Fees
Items must be paid for and picked up within 6 calendar days of the sale ending. Storage fees charged on day 7, even if the invoice has been paid for.

5. Shipping
Shipping is available Canada wide. Contact us after the auction to confirm your shipping details.
Packaging and quoting take a few days — thank you for your patience.
6. Item Condition & Refund Policy
Refunds depend strictly on the condition noted in the listing:
• “Working” ? You have 5 days from the sale date to report an issue.
• “Untested” ? No refunds.
• No condition listed ? No refunds (usually estate or untested items).
Late reports may not be eligible for refund.
7. All Sales Are Final
All items are sold as-is, where-is.
It is your responsibility to review descriptions and photos before bidding.
We do not guarantee completeness, functionality, or accuracy beyond what is written.
