DS five pages, 8.5 x 11, January 27, 1938. Agreement between Warner Bros and Flynn regarding the reworking of his contract after the completion of The Adventures of Robin Hood. In part: “Upon completion of your services in the photoplay tentatively entitled ‘Adventures of Robin Hood,’ you will not, as in said agreement of November 13, 1937, go upon vacation without pay, but the salary payable to you…shall continue …We shall designate that starting date of a separate period of eight (8) consecutive weeks…after the completion of your said services in ‘Adventures of Robin Hood,’…we agree to use your services in the production of one photoplay, tentatively titled, at present, ‘All Rights Reserved,’ provided, of course, that your services are available for the purposes. For your services in such photoplay we agree to pay you the sum of Fifty Thousand Dollars…It is further agreed that if, after the commencement of said eight (8) weeks’ period, we shall determine that it is necessary to make retakes, added scenes or sequences, in connection with ‘Adventures of Robin Hood,’ you will render your services in making such retakes, added scenes and/or sequences as may be required by us, even during the progress of production of the picture ‘All Rights Reserved.’” Document also goes on to give Flynn eight weeks of unpaid vacation after filming.
