DS, two pages, 8.5 x 11, November 15, 1940. Agreement between Flynn and Warner Brothers that allows Flynn to withdraw $15,000 from a trust over the course of “three and one-third weeks.” Signed at the conclusion in green ink by Flynn and a Warner Bros. secretary. Text bears numerous ink corrections throughout and the document has been initialed twice by Flynn in the left margin. Intersecting folds, one vertical fold passing through a single letter of the signature, staple holes to the upper left corner, and a few expected office stamps and notations, otherwise fine condition.
