Ernest Mills Joyce signed postcard, ''Ernest E. Mills Joyce''. Postcard, measuring 5.5'' x 3.5'', shows a pack of huskies and reads, ''Huskies at work in the Ross Sea area.'' Joyce was a part of the Ross Sea Party crew during the extraordinary Shackleton expedition and received an Albert Medal for his actions in bringing the stricken party to safety after a traumatic journey on the Great Ice Barrier. Near fine condition with prominent signature in black ink.
