<B>Erle Stanley Gardner Typed Letter Signed</B></I> “<I>Erle Stanley Gardner</B></I>”. One page, 8.5” x 11”, on Gardner's personal letterhead, Temecula, California, January 2, 1955, to William Wedge, Lansing, Michigan, with original mailing envelope. The author of the <I>Perry Mason</B></I> series responds to Wedge thanking him for his support and recommending a collector of mystery novels in New York that he might like to contact. Gardner has signed the letter in his unique, otherworldly style. Included is another letter from Gardner's secretary, Ruth Moore, on letterhead, dated December 24, 1954, advising Wedge that Gardner would be out of touch until after the first of the year and includes a two page bibliography of Gardner's books.
