Presentation copy of the program for Clapton’s 1996 tour, 11 x 11, featuring images and biographies of all musicians in his band, signed and inscribed on the first page, “To Alphi, with love, Eric Clapton ‘96.” Also signed and inscribed by each member of the band near his or her image: Andy Fairweather-Low, Chris Stainton, Steve Gadd, Dave Bronze, Roddy Lorimer, Tim Sanders, Jerry Portnoy, Tessa Niles, and Katie Kissoon. Beautifully housed in a custom slipcase. In fine condition, with a few creases to the left border of the front cover. Originates from the estate of Alphi O’Leary, who worked for Clapton as a bodyguard and assistant from 1973 to 1996. Provenance: Christie’s.
