Vintage ink signatures of seven classic entertainers on both sides of two off-white 5 x 7 album pages (one on an affixed slip). Signers include: Lotte Lenya, who adds in German (translated), “First performance of ‘Mahagonny,’ Vienna, May 5, 1932,” [Kurt Weill had altered the role of Jenny to suit his wife’s voice]; Hans Moser; composer Viktor Keldorfer; and Paul Robeson, “All good Wishes Paul Robeson April 16, 1929 Vienna.” In 1929 Robeson visited Beethoven’s gravesite after giving a much acclaimed recital in Vienna. In fine condition, with scattered light toning and soiling.
