This is an early pre-prohibition Beer Tray called, “Enjoying A Stein” by H.D. Beach Coshocton, OH. The early piece shows an elderly gentleman wearing an apron enjoying a beer from a lidded stein. The piece shows wonderful litho coloring on a metal tray. Overall good condition for its early age with a small hall at the top and some wear. Marked across the bottom, “The H.D. Beach Co., Coshocton, O. No. 2”. H.D Beach Company manufactured some of the most valuable and quality trays known to exist including the Fehr’s Malt Tonic, Cream of Kentucky Whiskey, Highlander Beer Garden City Brewing, Zipp’s Cherri-o, John Adams Havana Cigars, De Laval Cream Separators, Ruhstaller’s Beer, and so many more. This tray is from a large Montana Breweriana collection and is believed to be from a Montana Brewery at one point. Measures 16.75”x13.75”. From the late 19th to early 20th century.
