Condition: Very fine as period refurbished. The barrels retain 95% refinished blue finish with a few minor scratches and some thinning on the breech end sides. The bottom plate and break lever retain 99% plus blue finish. The trigger guard retains 97% blue finish with some thinning on the tang. The action retains 80% case colors with the edges showing a smooth gray patina. The refinished wood also is very fine. There are a few minor dents on the left rear of the forearm, otherwise there are overall scattered minor scratches and handling marks, with crisp checkering. The markings and engraving are crisp and clear. Mechanically excellent. The case is good with some stains and edge wear on the exterior and a couple of minor tears and minor wear to the lining.
