Engraved Smith & Wesson 38 Single-Action Second Model spur trigger revolver, .38 cal., 3-1/4” barrel, nickel finish, pearl grips, #94787. This gun is in overall good condition showing traces of original nickel finish in protected areas; extensive period New York style engraving; even light grey patina on metal surfaces, good action, fair bore, iridescent pearl grips with a couple of old losses around the edges and on the left grip at the bottom there is an old loss that has been polished with frame pin showing thru. A higher-than-standard quality and coverage of engraving. Est.: $800-$1,600.
