Engraved Smith & Wesson 1st Model 3rd Issue spur trigger revolver, .22 cal., 3-1/4” barrel, nickel finish, pearl grips, #122624 in period wood presentation case with partial box of Union Metallic Cartridge Co.ammunition . This gun is in overall fine to excellent condition showing classic period scroll engraving with the majority of original nickel finish remaining, just some slight edge wear and losses on the ejectorrod; crisp action and markings, little evidence of firing, beautiful iridescent pearl grips that fit this gun impeccably; the case is in overall very good + condition with red lining, key escutcheon is missingand there are several small ding to the front panel of the case’s base; the ammunition box is overall good with a picture of a Smith & Wesson 1st, 2nd revolver on the lid and about 14 loose rounds inside the box.
