Very good with custom replacement barrel. The barrel retains approximately 98% reblue finish with some minor spotting and some light handling marks. The receiver, trigger guard/lever, buttplate and breechblock retain some flashes of faded case colors mixed with a smooth gray patina with some pin point pitting (more extensive on the lower tang). The wood is excellent with some minor scratches and some scattered mild bruising in the overall crisp checkering. The tip of the forearm is dented. The engraving remains clear and crisp. The original barrel is very good with approximately 80% original blue finish with the balance a smooth brown patina with light even spotting and some minor pitting.
