Engraved Remington New Model Police percussion revolver, .36 cal., 4-1/2” octagon barrel, nickel finish, wood grips, #5438, in beautifully made rosewood casing with maroon lined compartments and Hartley & Graham, New York reproduction ribbon;accessories include an original spread eagle brass powder flask, a Hicks cap tin, a polished iron bullet mold, a combination nipple wrench/screwdriver, a cleaning rod with hand engraved top piece, a key that works the case’slock, a cartridge block along the front portion of the casing and a .38RF cal. extra cylinder engraved en suite to the revolver and matching in condition. The gun is in overall very good to fine condition showing the majority of its nickelfinish, crisp action and markings, fine bore, very good to near fine grips; a beautiful New Model Police in an expertly made casing.
