Manufactured in 1926, with ivory front and mid-bead sights, 2 3/4" chambers, choked extra full/extra full, and ejector. The top rear of the right barrel is marked "" and the left with the Hunter Arms address. The action, side plates, break lever and trigger guard are floral scroll engraved with ducks in a marsh scene on the right side plate and two quail in a field scene on the left. Each side is also marked "L. C. Smith". Single trigger, with tang safety, selector by trigger, and marked "HUNTER/ONE/TRIGGER" in front of trigger guard. Mounted with a two piece checkered beavertail forearm and pistol grip stock, with grip cap, and Pachmayr vented rubber trap style recoil pad. LOP 13 5/8". Includes brown leather mutton case.

Condition: Very good, with 85% original blue finish. Light muzzle wear, with some minor nicks in barrels. Breech end of barrels has some pin prick pitting and light spotting. Receiver retains 30% case colors, with the balance having a smooth bright silver gray. Engraving is crisp and clear, with some areas of light spotting. The revarnished wood is good, with small un-repaired hairline cracks in forearm and stock. There are some cracks in the buttstock varnish, and a gouge on the left side. Checkering is worn and has minor bruising. Mechanically excellent. Mutton case is fair, with broken shoulder strap, loose stitching on base, and light scratches/scuffs overall.
