Fair, the barrels retain strong traces of the original brown Damascus finish with a gray and brown patina on the balance. There are scattered areas of pitting and some dents in the right barrel. The casehardened components have a mostly brown patina. The engraving remains mostly well defined with some pitting on the lower tang and heel plate. The wood is fine as refinished with some chips absent from the sides of the forearm, a large putty repair on the top left of the wrist, a 3 inch hairline crack on top of the wrist, an added sling swivel and scattered scratches and dings. Mechanically excellent. The case is good with scratches, scuffs and indentions. The label inside is a replacement.
