Serial Number: 404786
Condition: Excellent. The barrel retains 99% original blue finish with a few small minor dings on the left side near the muzzle. The trigger guard retains 50% original blue finish with the tang having a smooth gray patina. The receiver shows 30% original case colors, mainly in the protected area of the trigger guard, with the balance having a smooth dark gray patina. The stock is a bit ill-fitting at the action, there is some white residue on the edges of the pistol grip checkering and overall there are a few minor dings, crazing of the finish on the underside of the stock and crisp checkering. The engraving remains crisp. Mechanically excellent.
