The matte solid rib is marked "ED. KETTNER, COLN" and has a blade front sight with the rear sight having been removed. The 12 gauge Damascus shotgun barrels have 2 1/2 inch chambers, choke gauges improved cylinder/improved modified and an extractor. The rifle barrel appears to be chambered for 12 mm. Barrels are numbered to the gun. The action is floral engraved and features game scenes on the lock plates and sides of the receiver. Double triggers with set rifle trigger. Checkered pistol grip stock with engraved grip cap, cheekpiece, cartridge compartment with floral pattern and stag head engraved lid and checkered horn buttplate. Length of pull is 13 1/4 inches.

Condition: Very good. The barrels retain traces of the Damascus pattern with a smooth gray patina. The remaining metal surfaces have a smooth gray patina with a crisp engraving. The revarnished wood has some scattered minor handling marks overall with the forearm having smooth checkering and a minor crack at the tip. Mechanically fine.
