Single bead sight on a solid rib marked with the maker marking, inscription, and agent marking: "E.C. GREEN HIGH ST CHELTENHAM WINNER OF THE 2 FIRST PRIZES (80 GUINEAS) FIELD TRAILS 1879. AGENTS G&A HAYDEN JACKSONVILLE ILL". 2 1/2" chambers, choked modified/modified, and an extractor. Extensive engraved tight scrollwork on the frame, upper tang, lock plates, hammers, fences, break lever, and trigger guard, with a band of engraving on the breech end of the Damascus barrels. The lock plates are marked "E.C. GREEN" and feature bird dog engraved scenes. Checkered forearm and round knob pistol grip stock with flat iron engraved buttplate. LOP 14 1/2".

Condition: Good. The barrels retain 60% of the Damascus pattern with a smooth brown patina with some minor spotting and pitting (more prevalent towards the muzzles). The remaining metal surfaces have a smooth brown patina with traces of original case colors in the protected areas. The wood is very good with some minor dings and scratches. There are some very scattered minor nicks in the overall crisp checkering. Missing the left firing pin, otherwise action is fine.
